Sky Channel Consulting was founded by Ron Leon after spending 16+ years in sales/channels. He has experience creating channel programs for both North American and European based companies. After great success working for VARS/DMRS, it became very clear to Ron why most vendors never realized the gains they envisioned, even after making heavy investments in partners. It boiled down to three things. One, the lack of understanding of how partners liked to communicate. Two, not realizing that a "cookie cutter" approach to creating a successful and sustainable partner program would never work. Three, not understanding where or how to allocate their channel funds.
